We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
In cases of extended service outages or interruptions that significantly impact your ability to use our platform, we may provide service credits or prorated refunds at our discretion.
